Soul Wellness with Georgia – Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with Soul Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Soul Wellness provides intuitive, spiritual, and personal development services including tarot readings, soul alignment sessions, coaching, and past life regression. These services are intended for personal insight and self-development and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Payment & Booking

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may be declined and your session may be forfeited.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable for change of mind or missed appointments. Where appropriate, a credit may be issued at the discretion of Soul Wellness and must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.

5. No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not made prior contact, your session will be treated as a no-show, and the full session fee will be forfeited.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

7. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you are in a suitable environment for your session and have a stable internet or phone connection if the session is held remotely.

8. Suitability of Services

By booking a session, you confirm that you are mentally and emotionally able to participate in the session and understand that results and experiences may vary between individuals.

9. Limitation of Liability

Soul Wellness is not liable for any decisions or actions you take following a session. All guidance is offered in good faith for personal insight only.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair-Trading Act.

11. Changes to Terms

Soul Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your session

12. Emotional Release Clause

Some sessions, particularly past life regression, may bring up emotional material. By booking you acknowledge and accept this possibility. 

13. Recording clause 

Sessions may be recorded and shared with you for personal use only and must not be redistributed.
