Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments & Booking
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, change of mind, or failure to attend your appointment. In these cases, a credit will be issued for future use instead of a refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your payment will be transferred to your new booking at no extra cost.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refund or credit will be provided.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, this will be treated as a no-show, and the full session fee will be forfeited.
Credits
Any credit issued must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
