Sometimes the patterns we carry like fears, emotions, or recurring themes, have roots that reach beyond this life. Past Life Regression Therapy is a beautiful journey where you are guided to a past life by your higher self that is influencing your current life.

I will guide you through a deep relaxation process that allows you to enter an altered state of consciousness where you are able to reconnect with your higher self and access your past life. Through this experience, you will connect with your unconditionally loving higher self, journey to a past life to witness themes, feelings and emotions. Release your past life self, back to source and experience a beautiful healing from your spiritual team.

Each session is a beautiful space for healing and self-discovery and a chance to understand your soul’s journey with compassion and curiosity, to reconnect with who you truly are, to call home fragments of yourself. 

What happens during a session?

• You will experience a deep relaxation and be guided to enter an altered state of consciousness where you are able to access your subconscious mind.

• You will meet your own Higher Self

• You will be gently guided into a past life where you will find yourself accessing images and information. 

• You will experience everything that is important for you to see or feel at this time which may include exploring your childhood, parents, work life, relationships, talents, trauma, important events and your dying experience.

• You will move through the dying process - this allows you to access information about the feelings and thoughts you took with you when you died.

• You will explore how that life affects you today.

• You will be guided and supported to energetically release the patterning that is holding you back today.

• You will clear any adverse karma that affects your current life.

• You will be gently guided back to current time to integrate your experiences.

I am still currently in training, so the price is significantly less than if I was fully qualified. I will be fully qualified in March 2026.
